Print Digital Hub, previously Newsprint Namibia, was the first pioneering
newspaper printing company in Namibia. Print Digital Hub printed its very first newspaper, Der
Kriegsbote, in 1917. It became the Allgemeine Zeitung in 1918 and is currently still printed by
Newsprint Namibia.
Print Digital Hub has grown and developed along with printed media, in an independent Namibia,
to
become the well-established web offset printer it is today, employing 140 people, most of whom
have been trained in-house.

to invest in the technical and human resources necessary to maintain and always improve this
status quo.

Republikein, Allgemeine Zeitung, Namibian Sun and New Era are daily newspapers printed by Print
Media Hub, as are various weeklies as well as other specialist products.
Their products include inserts, flyers and brochures in a number of different sizes and formats
that range from passport size to broadsheet size, including A4 and A3.
All printing is done on newsprint paper that varies between 48.8 and 70gms. Printing is done on
a 32-page and 16-page full color Goss Community press.
Print Digital Hub also incorporates a distribution function and distributes papers to all 4
corners of Namibia on a daily basis.
